May 26, 2014 - Color: Golden and viscous
Nose: Floral, spicy, caramel butter, fruit cocktail, tangerine, peach and toast.
Palette: Green apple, honeydew rind, peach, limestone.
Overall: Great wine. Good viscous and silky texture. Great aromatics, very nice balance of acid and sweetness. Excellent complexity.

November 29, 2013 - Served before our Thanksgiving feast as an aperitif. I have nothing to add to my earlier notes, except that this time I made the mistake of serving this AFTER the incredible 2011 Sea Smoke Chardonnay. It seemed a bit anemic by comparison (it is definitely NOT weak by any standard). I should have served these in reverse order. I still really liked it.

November 10, 2013 - Brought to dinner at Boca. See 9/29/13 note. Floral nose with citrus. Delicious citrus and tropical fruit. Surging, full mid-palate. Excellent length. Creamy/silky texture. Crisp acidity. Pinot Bianco doesn't get any better than this (of course, it is 30% Chard and 10% SB).

September 29, 2013 - Served to poker group last night. No formal notes. Superb, flavorful wine that bursts with personality. 60% Pinot Bianco; 30% Chard; 10% Sauv Blanc. Mouthwatering acidity and persistence. Loved it. Can't wait to pop another one.

May 11, 2013 - Very beautiful wine. Very rich and complex, stunning. Paired with open ravioli of lobster, melon and bisque de homard. Was impressed by this wine, very nice and addictive bitterness which melts beautifully. Hope to drink again!
