Community Tasting Notes 12

  • Lethemgo Likes this wine: 90 points

November 1, 2019 - Brilliant pale yellow. Expressive nose of grilled hazelnuts with a hint of citrus. Powerful and lingering taste with a perfect balance of wood and acidity. Really fantastic value for the money, at the level of many villages and some first growth (declassified Meursault?). Not a trace of decline, at the top for probably some years.

July 5, 2013 - light citrus, crisp acidity, medium finish. Probably should drink up soon.

August 19, 2012 - EYE: Clear pale yellow.
NOSE: Lemon, butter, light toast and a lingering bit of caramel.
    MOUTH: Lemon, toast, & hazelnut.
OVERALL: Bright balanced acidity and a round mouth feel with a long lingering finish.
