    April 29, 2021 - Garagiste selection 12.5% ABV

Color: attractive light gold with tiny bubbles
Nose: light to medium intensity; floral with fresh stone fruit; some spicy aromas, maybe white pepper?
Body/flavor: medium body with wonderful mouthfeel... those tiny bubbles makes themselves known! Crisp with some peach and honey flavors. Very good acid balance
    Aftertaste: short finish.

My last of three bottles; bought them in 2011. Amazing, delicious sparkler for $17! Didn't finish it all, so sealed it with vacuum stopper... drank the rest two days later... still alive, loaded with bubbles!

May 26, 2016 - Always a winner; more depth than one would expect given the price tag...
