    BOUQUET: Black fruit, Herb, leather, wood, light soy sauce = 11/14
    TASTE: Medium fruit flavor, dark fruits, light beef, savory, medium body, medium light finish = 12/14
    PREFERENCE: still quite fresh for 13 years out, mature, on the crisp side of balanced = 1/4
