  June 11, 2021 - Online Blind Tasting #9: Broadening your wine horizon: *** Note is based on 0,1l bottles filled about 2 days before the tasting from 0,75l bottle and 0,1l two days after the tasting ***
  Glass: Riedel Vinum Syrah / Zalto Universal
  Clear, deep youthful ruby color. Clean, medium+ intense, developing nose. Very herbaceous, some underbrush, earthy notes, green pepper. Very deep and dense.
  Dry, high acidity, 13,5% abv, high, still a bit rough tannin, medium bodied. Cassis, elder, fresh herbs, very mineral, some green (stems) notes. Wonderful grip, still some edges, good pressure and tension. Fresh. Long, herbaceous, and mineral finish. Potential for at least 5+ years, I am sure it can still improve. 93+

  February 7, 2021 - Mature BF on the smooth side. Splashdecanted and enjoyd a rich und round red with cherries and good finish. In the end i missed some edges ! A hint too round ! Wont improve. This is ready ! Drink

  November 17, 2013 - Tasted in the big Burgundy glasses - the wine fills the glass with plenty of aromas like blackberry fir needles an a very elegant spiciness.
  Very nice and long on the palate where the sensations of the nose continue and everything ends in a long an elegant finish. Great stuff!
