July 4, 2018 - Seriously good wine, sitting on this wine for many years was really worth it, big & bold flavours that age has soften. It had a great nose and the pallet was very soft. Ready to enjoy

This really has a massive nose and palate dominated by menthol Eucalyptus notes. You cannot mistake this from being anything but Aussie. Still very young and powerful. -

October 27, 2011 - {screwcap, 14.5%} Very dark. Very youthful too, with a dark liquorice/menthol note to it. Quite fragrant, although it doesn't really shout cabernet at you. The palate is big and kind of obvious, with soft pliant tannins, a wash of ripe black fruits of various sorts, but a rather short and simple finish. It's a healthy enough mouthful of flavour in an undemanding way, but it's not for cellaring, nor for much contempation. Forgettable.
