  October 14, 2021 - Nose of ginger and honey. Rich mouth. Burnt sugar plus an excellent pronounced bitterness on the finish which makes this interesting and distinct.

  September 13, 2014 - Rich and ripe yellow gold; aromatic, a nectar of peaches, honey, dried apricot and cream; stylish, balancing acidity, elegant and ripe, a little oily, hint of bitters at the end, good extract; medium length. Could use a longer finish, but perhaps I need to give it a few more days of air ... Hard to do, very yummy.

  March 30, 2012 - Golden color. Botrytis nose of melon and honey. Also tastes of honey and melon with some lemon notes. Full bodied. Well balanced. Rich finish. 13% alcohol.
