  June 28, 2020 - This is really good right now! Dark ruby with spicy raspberry compote and a hint of honey on the nose. Sweet yet tart, richly structured, medium length finish. Don’t hesitate!

  January 22, 2019 - Brickish appearance, plush mouthfeel with nice balance of spice and dark fruits. Lingering finish. A full-throttle Pinot that is drinking very well now.

  December 1, 2013 - I think this wine needs more age. I am sure I did it no favors by opening it with older high scoring Pinot Noirs at a party. Tasted young with bracing acidity and tart red fruits. It shows signs of a wine that will stand the test of time. I scored it on how it tasted today, not potential, because that is only a guess at best.

  August 4, 2012 - This is a heavy intense wine with deep rich body but needs a little more light touch. It seems heavy handed.

  May 8, 2012 - Dark cherry, tobacco on the nose. More floral with time in the glass. Good acidity, sour cherry on the palate with slightly biting tannins. Licking a dirty stick. Nice earthiness. Pleasant mouthfeel. Needs more time in the bottle.
