April 17, 2022 - This 2008 Jordan (V24045) was decanted through a gravity aerator and served immediately, and was open right away. It is gracious, balanced and smooth, with a very nice 13.5% ABV, but it is a rather simple and straightforward wine, lacking complexity. Like many "famous" California wines, this is too expensive for the quality in the bottle.
