January 20, 2023 - Wow. Again a wine that showed what ageing can do. This turned from a tough impenetrable brute to a nuanced rich example of Merlot in Tuscan hands. I would only repeat the descriptions below. The length is incredible and flavours really appealed to me. Great now but I'd guess another 3-5 years at peak

May 23, 2022 - A world-class Merlot (and world-class wine, period), this offers up a nose of raspberry and black cherry, with the palate more focused on the black cherry. Snappy acidity and framing tannins give way to a long, complex finish. A rock star wine with plenty of life ahead. Loved it!

July 5, 2020 - Magnum. Schneller leer als die übrigen Flaschen, inklusive Tig und Ornellaia. Das sagt alles: extrem gut zu trinken jetzt. Macht richtig Spass.
