    July 24, 2014 - Great with Oysters.

June 26, 2014 - A typical Sauvignon Blanc nose. On the palate you notice the green pepper right away along with the typical grassy notes and pineapple, and lots of minerals.

May 26, 2014 - I continue to enjoy this wine, but it appears that the fruit had faded somewhat from the last time I tried it. Perhaps it is just some bottle variation. On the other hand, this wine is probably not meant to age that long. Still had nice grassy notes, a little pineapple and mint.

May 23, 2014 - Smoked jalapeno cheese in the best possible way. A nacho wine. Ok, second taste is far more mineral and structure. Still beautiful though. Nachos or oysters.

February 15, 2014 - bright color, supple, dry
