December 12, 2015 - Exclusive dinner with eight friends and 22 special wines.: Expressive bouquet with honey, caramel, butterscotch and spiciness. On the palate honey, spiciness, minerals, caramel, butterscotch, honey, hints of botrytis, some residual sugar, but also beautiful and fresh acidity. A beautiful and tasty wine with a great length.

February 15, 2014 - 1998 POMEROL; 2/15/2014-2/17/2014: Golden in color. Nose reminds of yellow fruit and cooked meat. The wine is quite mineralic and acidic. At the same time a rich sweetness and almost fat. Good wine but for my taste on the fat side. Drink now with no hurry
