February 17, 2020 - Nice pale golden hue. Palate slightly sweet fleshy. Finishes very clean tight with persistent minerality.

August 17, 2016 - A fine aged example of Perrieres. The nose here is moderately full with medium intensity, featuring apples and smoke. There is less intensity/energy compared to younger Meursaults drank this evening. Palate has round fruit that is starting to show some oxidized character in light caramel notes, which for now add an interesting dimension to the wine. Good freshness for a wine of this age.

August 17, 2016 - Château de Meursault Dinner (The Bristol - Chicago IL): Ripe and nicely mature, but clearly showing enough acidity and minerality to remain very interesting. Very good density. This was opened just before serving given my concerns with its probable vibrancy, but it remained bright and interesting for hours.

November 23, 2014 - Clean tight wine. had lots of minerality but was not giving up much. Slight sweet fruit.
