April 10, 2023 - - Brick color with slow forming legs and aromas of raspberry, black currant, cherry, cedar and vanilla. It's balanced and has flavours of vanilla, cherry and fig with a medium/full body. Smooth texture with a long finish - Decanted 90 minutes.

June 2, 2017 - In a really great place right now. Red and dark fruit, tertiary flavors, plenty of life.

March 22, 2012 - Decanted 1.5 hours. Raspberry, blackberry, currant, thyme, vanilla, eucalyptus, anise and caramel on the nose. Tart raspberry and blackberry, hard candy, juicy fruit on the palate. Medicinal, lengthy finish. I feel like there was some slight oxidation; shouldn't be the vintage, just this bottle.

September 23, 2011 - Explodes in the mouth of currant, and dark cherry with firm tannins and well integrated vanilla oak and slight tar characteristic. Lengthy finish. 120 Cases Produced.
