December 7, 2011 - Let me start by saying this wine has a LOT of sediment for a fairly young wine. poor vinification - no filtration. you will need to sit upright for 24hrs for sediments to settle then pour slowly into a decanter while watching the neck for sediment.

nose is pretty tight not much there even after day 3 - a little bit of dark chocolate. palate is a bit backward - medium tannins and balanced acidity - fairly structured. I would probably revisit in a year or two.
