  November 13, 2015 - Violets, Asian spice, puffed rice, Bacon earthy on the nose. Cherry vanilla below and Carmel tart Apple above the pallet. Elegant and complex. Pinot in a black cocktail dress.

  June 19, 2015 - Floral sweet nose slight Cherry vanilla and cigar. Nice full palette. Tannins soft but present. Cinnamon dark berry cassis . slightly tart green. Carmel and vanilla. Smoky.

  December 24, 2014 - A beautiful wine and drinking great now. Very pretty, with great structure. My favorite among the 2005 JK Carriere pinots.

  March 25, 2013 - With dinner at BLT in Westchester. third wine of the evening my first experience with this wine.
  
  medium ruby color, a touch cloudy. Floral nose with ripe red fruits. Cola, red fruits, rasbperry/cranberry, ripe cherry, and earth on the palate. Medium to long finish. Floral and violet/lavender on the back palate.
  
  Nice wine with some sophistication, should continue to improve over the next 3 a 5 years.
