December 31, 2011 - An amazing bottle! Lots of cisp fruits, apple, pear, plus some citrus on the finish, lemon... very light and fresh tasting. Wife and I popped the top at 10:45 and it took all the will power we had to make sure there was enough left for us to toast at midnight on NYE.

December 13, 2011 - Golden yellow. The nose is a nice mix of apples and pears and even a hint of apricot. The palate is full of tart, bright fruit showing mostly citrus, but moving to tart green apple on the back of the palate. The acids are excellent here and balance the fruit beautifully. The finish is long and clean and brings you back to the glass over and over.
