February 19, 2024 - - Garnet color with slow forming legs and aromas of tea, chocolate and coffee. It's balanced and has flavours of blackberry, black pepper and cherry with a medium/full body. Polished texture with a long finish - Decanted three hours. Served with lamb rip chops, Italian white beans and roasted Italian mushrooms. Wine is great, needs time to open up.

August 28, 2022 - Color, clear ruby red; 1st nose, red fruits and framboise; 2nd nose, toasted oak; on the palate, smooth with plenty of fruits and some lingering tannins with medium finish. Paired well with seared filet mignon and roasted heirloom carrots.
