May 22, 2020 - Golden colour, wax lanolin and apple nose with classic baked apple flavours. My last bottle, still lovely, still a touch keen on the acidity but now fully mature. This was best at around 7-8 years of age.

August 8, 2015 - Gosh this was good. More advanced than last year which was a bit of a worry, taking on darker hues but no oxidation just classic dry Chenin aromas of Apple wax and lanolin. Classic, lovely bruised apple flavour, properly mineral. A treat.
