Community Tasting Notes 4

  • Tony Molester Likes this wine:

March 20, 2016 - Still very young, evolving slowly. Completely primary. A bigger style, with deep colour, almost opaque. Tasted much more open after 24h.

    Patience, hold.

February 27, 2015 - Beautiful aromatics of black cherry and purple flowers. It has real depth and great flesh with plenty of underlying minerality. It is so pure and detailed and length is carried by sweet tannins.

  • Tony Molester Likes this wine:

December 20, 2013 - Very young wine. Similar to the notes of the previous taster; Concentrated, very primary and loaded with fruit. Long and well balanced, if a bit simple in its current state. Will be much better after another 5 years at least.
    13% abv.
    Hold.

October 29, 2010 - Great perfume and deeply pitched. There are notes of blood plum, blackberries and liquorice. It is very concentrated with a dense, sweet heart of liqueur heart, creamy texture and is extremely persistent.
