August 25, 2015 - Nice light wine. Good with spice or red sauce pasta dishes. Fairly mild tannins, but still present enough to go with spicy food. I get a bit of tartness, certainly cherries on the palate.

November 11, 2013 - Has done well in cellar over last year - still a light funky quality, but I like this style that isn't to heavy, yet has nice fruit profile...other comments over last year similar.

A light musty/funky on nose and underlying on palate, but fades with 60+ mins air. Fruit on nose and palate is dark berry/plum. Prune and slight tart cherry fruit on palate. Some perhaps chocolate notes. Enjoyed this and the 2010 is in cellar and will leave that for 4-5 yrs from purchase.

November 12, 2012 - dark, plum colour with light rims - very nice. nose: warm and round - dark fruits - mainly prunes and very ripe cherries; deep but not intense. taste: very ripe unstoned cherries with some cream in thick, long finish. Some spices, delicately opaque tannins and balanced acidity. Great concentration.
