Community Tasting Notes 2

November 8, 2012 - This is just God-awful. I never rate, but I'll make an exception this time. The bottle wasn't flawed - just bad. This is just a terrible wine (if one can call it that). It's more like water with a few drops of grape juice and some Everclear added in for effect. It was recommended for an upcoming dinner party. Thank goodness my wife and I tried it beforehand. Stay away from this one.

December 4, 2011 - Tasted immediately after opening. Ruby color and very translucent, even by Pinot Noir standards. Strawberry fruit nose. Strawberry with a touch of rhubarb flavor. I am not a fan of big Pinots but this might be a little too lean for me. Still, not bad for the price.
