Community Tasting Notes 2

February 15, 2015 - Very light straw. Fairly delicate aroma of lemon and hawthorn. On the palate it's light, quite dry (pleasantly so) and with a refreshing lemony finish; maybe a touch of hazelnuts. The label tells me it's fermented and aged entirely in steel; that much is obvious, and if unoaked Chablis is your thing then you will like this. (There's no impression of it being too old, by the way.) Having said that, I suspect it will set few pulses racing. 13%, cork.

November 24, 2007 - decent seemingly entry level Chablis. Lemon and rocks, with some noticable heat at the end. Over acidic for the level of fruit present.
