June 18, 2019 - Mature nose hay, brioche, fresh mushrooms, apples. Rounded out with air to a tart, full, balanced palate, with a medium length finish. Reminded me of a mature Champagne. I think these are past their prime or else they're going to morph into their next evolutionary stage.

November 3, 2016 - Just terribly corked. So sad because the underlying wine was pale yellow green and clearly spectacular.

June 28, 2016 - Contrary to other notes, I found this still quite young, with only a little secondary notes showing. That said, it was still a great chablis, very dry and steely, with a little butterscotch on the medium-full bodied palate. Wait if you can (although of course premox is always a concern) (A-).
