November 13, 2011 - Develops greatly as it opens up, transformational in this regard. Greatly affected by temperature as the volatiles come off this wine...notes of banana, smoked herbs, rosemary, black cherry. This is a very special wine for the best of friends.

October 22, 2011 - A different wine: original Grenache vine imported from Sardinia to Marche centuries ago and just re-discovered as cultivation (second production by far). The color is ruby red and the nose is powerful with black cherry, spices and vanilla. To the taste is sweet but elegant. Tannins are smooth and persistent.
Only 700 bottles produced. To match with red and white meat.
