February 26, 2018 - Chetillons proxy label. This is spectacular. Razor-sharp chardonnay and full of bright mineral notes... a lot of similarity to '96 Salon on the front-end. Very bright, but there's an impression of depth and body that substantially elevates this out of acid-bomb territory. Some aged orange and honey flavors are starting to emerge, but overall this is still on the young side for me. Delicious.

October 20, 2017 - 1997 Amarone Horisontal + Quintarelli (Copenhagen): A very impressive green apple acidity and even though it shows some aged fruit it also feels very young.
The acidity is vibrant and powerful and in general just a very impressive wine.
It is a very impressive wine and are really showing exceptional quality in this vintage. A great pleasure to drink this wine!
