August 2, 2019 - Most likely a good bit beyond its prime. Limited nose. Drinks like an average Bordeaux. Nothing stands out in flavor profile. Everything is pretty integrated. There’s some red fruit there. It still has a pleasant finish that extends a while.

March 17, 2014 - Very nice. Tannins stronger second day.

October 15, 2013 - Significantly better than the last time I drank this, when I gave this an 89. Wonderful fruit, wrapped in smoky oak and balanced on soft tannins. A terrific wine and, at $30/bottle, a great QPR.

September 4, 2013 - Nose of cut grass and wet earth contrasted by soft fruit and tobacco and a hint of spice. Tannins are soft and this is drinking very easy right now. Comes across as more bordeaux than Napa cab. Good everyday wine.

April 6, 2013 - Very dry and tannic with more oak flavors than fruit. Probably would have been better served with food. Not very impressed. Tried again 24 hours later and it opened up but still too dry and a little bitter for my taste.
