September 8, 2012 - This wine is a Zinfandel and syrah blend. Great nose, makes your mouth water, with ripe berries. Up front there is all of this jammy goodness of raspberries and strawberries, on the mid there is a some spice and pepper at the finish. Nice tannin to give it some mouth feel and body. Over all enjoyed this wine a great deal, and not surprised comming from the dry creek region. For the 22 dollar price, well worth it.

July 15, 2012 - Candied plum and black fruit, but not overly sweet. I expect more from a DCV zin, but it's good with Chinese and Thai dishes so I'd buy again to pair with asian food.

April 2, 2012 - Overripe, Port-like, a bit prune-like, maybe oxidized? Wouldn't buy again unless I knew I could return it if it was the same.

    February 14, 2012 - A bit pruney. Probably wouldn't buy again.
