December 3, 2021 - This wine was at an ideal point in its age. Beautiful nose, taste was about what you would expect, big, but not like a hammer. No sign of dust. Well integrated tannins with a medium length finish for a cab. We have stored this bottle at 65 °.

June 10, 2017 - Wow, this was good. Yes it was a nine-year-old Cabernet and but it was still very fresh and delicious. Great aroma, with subdued fruit (due to the age?). A very nice, smooth and balanced (aged) Cabernet. I have always like Sequoia Groves' Cabernets, especially after a few years and they begin to relax, unwind and mature.'

April 29, 2017 - Still alive but a little faded with secondary notes really emerging. Leather, eucalyptus, faded blueberry, and vanilla bean. A strange mineral and chlorine taste hits on the finish. Tannins are fully resolved and ready to drink.
