January 11, 2012 - Monthly Tasting Group HWS #065; Italy: Sardinia (By EvA): Dark yellow. Outspoken, expressive bouquet with flowers and candy. On the palate candy as well, some spiciness, pepper, pear and artichoke. Light dose of acidity.
