June 24, 2017 - As before, very nicely done. Maturing well. Still good acidity and vibrant fruit.

March 7, 2017 - Similar to previous. Light yellow. Fresh tree fruit on the nose. Acidity is also fresh and balanced if not a bit tart. Medium finish. Excellent dinner wine.

October 17, 2015 - Light yellow. Fresh pear and tree fruit on the nose. Acidity is also fresh and balanced. Medium finish with more acidic note. Excellent dinner wine. Very good indeed.

May 29, 2015 - Dinner at Acadia Chicago (Acadia Restaurant, Chicago): Pale green-gold. Touches of white pears, apples, lime and lemon on the nose. Palate well defined with good grip and length. Nice mineral finish with distinction. Excellent village wine defined by the year.

December 15, 2013 - Nose: Lime, tropical flowers, loquat, spice, hint of vanilla.
Palette: Big acid and strong tanginess, without much fruit flavor. Limestone and other mineral flavors. Good mouth feel and nice round and silky flavors.

Overall: I really liked the wine, as I enjoy highly acidic whites. The wine would go well with shell fish or anything requiring a zesty tang. There are two reasons I would not go higher on the rating:
#1. Acidity seemed a tad bit overbalanced. A dash of sweetness would have rounded everything out and brought it up a notch in my eyes. This would have also made it an easier food pairing.
#2. At $40, for a 89 point wine, the price:value was not a great deal.

Still, a very solid wine, which I very much enjoyed. I just enjoy breaking the wine down and critiquing.
