May 28, 2012 - Decanted 30 minutes before drinking. Rich wine on the nose and palate. Changed throughout the evening. Dark berries, fennel, and a touch of cocoa. Well balanced and excellent concentration. Layered. Drinking well now and could continue to improve with more age.

September 3, 2009 - Tasted blind: My first whiff and sip had me guessing a Bob Foley wine. It had that confectionary texture and super ripe fruit. The alcohol was too prominent though to merit a higher score and it became a bit too much by nights end. I still enjoyed it a bunch and would love to try another down the road to see if the alcohol integrates.

April 3, 2008 - Perhaps a conservative score. This bottle was rocking. Deeply concentrated and complex. Way better than two other Hungarian cab francs tasted in the last week.
