February 27, 2013 - Just classic Cab Franc. Rose petals, ripe cherry, cocoa. Medium body and ultra smooth-sexy. Had it with Jambalaya and it stood up to the spice (the Jamabalaya was not overly spicy, but was more than a lot of reds would handle). Love the label, too. Last bottle of this vintage, could probably hold another 5 years, looking forward to cracking an '09 - but I'll probably wait.
