Community Tasting Notes 3

November 5, 2012 - Big, rich, complex zin from Amador County. Loads of dark fruit, prunes, dried fig, earthy texture, chewy, some smoke, and a fairly long finish.

May 2, 2012 - Another rich complex spicy zin from Sobon. Right on the heals of the Fiddletown offering from this Amador county jewel.

January 28, 2012 - 2012 ZAP-time to prepare for the 25th ZAP Event. Nose of fig, dusty earth, and plum, more of the same on the palate, not real fruity but mouth filling, medium/big body, tasty, medium/long finish, an $18 masterpiece.
