    November 18, 2013 - Tart cherry and spiced plums in the nose. Sweet up front, folding quickly into a jerked-leathery center that needs more heft. Later, there's an herbal essence that drifts off the booze. It's a treat with salty and sauced pork dishes, but a little clumsy to see it being versatile with other foods…perhaps some time in the bottle...
