Souverain is around this price point and so much better. Personally I opened a Cade after this. The Cade may cost 4 times as much but it was well worth it.

August 25, 2012 - I'm not going to count QPR ratio here because I want to rate the wine on what it is regardless of price. I've rated $200 bottles in the mid 80s so even though this is a low end bottle I'm going to give it the score it deserves. This is juice, not wine. The nose is earthy with fruit on the back end. Low acidity, extremely jammy, quick finish with little to no complexity. It's not a bad bottle it's just a very very average bottle....possibly below average. Just my opinion and my name is not Parker.

July 28, 2012 - Oak on the nose but otherwise pretty weak. Mild acidity with a soft short finish. For the price it's fine but nothing more than avg.
