December 5, 2011 - Intense ruby-red with purple hue. The aromatics tend torward flowers and underlined herbal notes. The fruit is expressed on the nose by plums, cherries, and woody hints of capuccino and cocoa powder. The taste delivers good acidity, balanced tannins, with impressions of red currants, cherries, plums and coffee. Finish: slightly bitter, mainly vegetal with clues of sage and olive oil. Rounded, friendly, balanced.
