February 25, 2022 - Sadly - corked. But huge concentration and ripe cassis fruit was fighting back to TCA. Until, within few hours, wine palate and finish have died.
still could grasp impressive concentration, flirting with too much ripeness for my taste. Maybe fresh and elegant Cote Roties, tasted alongside, had made a sharper contrast.

July 18, 2021 - I want to try again even though I told myself to wait. Opened for 3 hours. Color is deep garnet and very opaque. On the nose I get Pepper, cassis, violets and blackberries. On the palate: Cassis, violets, pepper, blackberry, raspberry liquor and beef blood. This is fabulous. Long broad complex flavors and silky mouthfeel. Full of flavor but not jammy. I underscored this last time. This is world class.

April 17, 2020 - Very good. Blackberries, currants, lots of spice and a bit of tar. Massive tannins. Wait 5 years.

October 1, 2018 - Just a super wine, inky, dark in color, the wine meshes a mountain of tannin with a wave of earthy, stony, crisp, ripe, juicy fruit. Here, the tannins are ripe, but they strong, so you need to wait on this baby for at least 8-10 years.
