February 23, 2018 - Last had this wine four years ago. Amazingly, it has not fallen off at all. Still at a peak, it is an elegant pinot noir with classic color, nice fruit, some earthiness, and a long finish. Yes, Aubert Pinots can age!!

May 16, 2014 - ELEGANT WINE WITH BLACKBERRIES, CHERRIES, LEATHER, AND SOME EARTHINESS IN THE NOSE AND FLAVOR. COMPLEX WINE WITH A LONG FINISH.

December 4, 2013 - Nice tannins, somewhat Robitussiny flavors on the palate to go along with bright cherries and stone fruit. Got some minerals on the medium long finish.

April 5, 2013 - A great wine. Very enjoyable from the very beginning. The nose started light but with good complexity. It gets better over time when opened up. A bit tight on the palate in the beginning. It's very balanced. Good complexity with dense flavors after 2-3 hours.

May 3, 2012 - in a flight with the 03 and 05. this bottle rocked and fired on all cylinders tonight for me. starts out with a racy edge of gorgeous fruit, licorice, blackberry and spice. spice was a nice foil that i didnt necessarily find in the 03 or 05. big full palate with a lushness that doesnt over do it. good acid balance as well. finish was the best of the three for me. nice full and good length.
