April 20, 2019 - Still years to go on this one, and a long time in decanter prior to imbibing is needed. Quite concentrated with dark fruits leading the way, followed by cocoa & earth. Fragrant and tasty, the only knock is a bit of astringency on the back end.

December 22, 2018 - Decanted two hours. There are aromas of plum, tar, and a spiced apple note, which seems out of place, but is not unpleasant. On the palate, fresh earth, blackberry, and black and red licorice flavors show. Full-bodied and still tight even after decanting, yet ending with a measure of restraint.

At hour four, the apple note has dissipated, and mocha flavors now present on the palate as this continues to evolve. Still drinking very young, but this wine will reward if you have the patience.

May 26, 2018 - Beautiful nose of dark fruit, fragrant. Lilac, floral. On the palate a touch astringent. Nice texture and mouth feel. But, not as multidimensional as I'd like.

March 9, 2018 - Well aged Temp. Still with fruit and backbone.
