  May 25, 2015 - I am not a Merlot fan, but I thought this was just fine. It has 8% Cab Sav that gives it a little more interest. Chocolate and tar are on the palate with a medium length finish. Drinking well and if you have some this is a good time to pop it.

  May 4, 2006 - Ruby red in color. Aromas of red fruits along with vanilla and toasty oak. Very dry tannins that overpower some of the fruit. Wine has an elegant mouthfeel but more fruit would have delivered a better balance.

  August 14, 2004 - Quick Day Trip to Napa (Napa Valley CA): Tasting at winery. Rich, ripe fruit dominates aromatically. Blackberry flavors, moderately intense with a sweet trace near end. Nicely balanced to start on palate, good structure comes through from middle to finish.
