April 2, 2012 - Deep gold in color, honeyed apples on the nose. Very rich in the mouth with an almost honey-like entry that's balanced with a slight minerally ting. Yellow apple with mouth-watering acidity mid-palate and finishing with that taste of honey. Could easily go another 5-10 years, but it's very good now.
