April 26, 2024 - 4th bottle from a 6 pack. Last had a bottle about 10 mos ago.
Enjoyed at the beach, paired at breakfast with bacon and eggs (I've never enjoyed bacon and eggs so much).
Lovely Champagne, strawberries and icing, crushed almonds and tangerine, wet slate and white pepper.
Brilliant acidity, lingering finish, lovely complexity. Drink through 2028 or so. -

April 21, 2024 - Similar to last note but picking up some nuttiness this time around. Still wonderful to drink and will hold on for at least another 5+ years before the bubbles have faded.

February 11, 2024 - Amazing. The high acidity of the vintage marries well to the slightly oxidative style of Bollinger. Intense strawberry, persistent nose and bubbles. A treat! Greta with CNY hotpot.

January 27, 2024 - Popped and poured. Attractive floral nose with touch of sea breeze. The wine is medium bodied, ripe with flavors of cherry, orange peel, citrus and minerals coming through. Fairly ripe and open knit this has evolved nicely but hasn’t taken on th complexity one would ideally like to see.
