April 21, 2022 - Disgorged 2003. Medium gold. Tiny bubbles. Outstanding complexity and length, with nutty and yeasty aromas. Expansive on the palate. Just terrific.

October 1, 2021 - Dsg 2003. Beautiful dress with traces of evolution. Evanescent bubble. Nose on the mirabelle plum.

Winey and racy palate, on nuts and well-controlled oxidation. The juice is massive, powerful, structured and complex with integrated and elegant oak. The wine is harmonious and kaleidoscopic, on a magnificent balance giving length and energy to a delicious whole. Vinous finish, bringing together all the facets of the wine, between mirabelle plum and walnuts, over a length that I would have liked a little longer for it to be one of the greats.

    It’s excellent!

November 21, 2020 - BYO Xmas (Admiralgade): Stunning wine and crazy wild acidity. Amazing wine! 96-97p

September 20, 2020 - Bt no. 00924, pnp, medium golden in color, fine but not abundant of beads rising from bottom of the glass. Nose of apple, pear and hint of toasted almonds. Refreshing acidity on palate with sufficient concentration, some salinity added to the complexity of the wine, apple citrus fruits showed up from mid palate. A bit expensive at this price level.

September 12, 2019 - 1995 Vintage Champagne horizontal (Medlar (London)): Starts out quite shy after a wonderful generous CSWCH. It is racy, a bit oxidative. But works and is one of those very interesting champagnes that you probably need more time and volume to assess. Also this concluded a wonderful line-up of blind champagnes.
