August 21, 2019 - This was an absolutely phenomenal bottle of Champagne and one of the best bottles I've had recently. Changed a lot over the time it was open, so what I'm about to write is a collection of snapshots: biscuit, marzipan, with a soft spicy cranberry character. The nose is absolutely stunningly complex. On the palate, fantastic acidity. Soft bubbles that play well with the almond notes. Like the '14 I had, but altogether significantly deeper. This is drinking so well right now.

September 9, 2013 - Golden colour. Brioches and toast on the nose. Citrus on palate plus some apple. Complex. Good effort.

Mangler litt spenst.
    Brukbar lengde.
Flott match til San Daniele skinke!

August 7, 2013 - Seemed advanced for its young age showing strong oxidative notes and lacking the tension and freshness usually found in Jerome wines.
Nevertheless very cool to drink while not being the best bottle out there.

June 15, 2012 - after two previous bottles in the past 3 years that were not so impressive, this is the best I've seen this wine show - it really did need the extra year in the bottle. The oxidative tone is no longer here, nor is any trace of volatility. The wine is salty and silken and bold with cashews and yellow fruits, and well balanced and with a very long and complex finish. Very impressive, a compelling bottle.
