November 22, 2010 - this is what wine drinking is all about....very smooth, silky tanins, wish I had more

September 9, 2007 - An intriguing perfume of red cherry and violets exude from the glass, leading to mouth filling cherry flavors mingled with spicy cinnamon and toasted oak/vanilla tones. Crisp acidity carries the wine into a long, elegant finish. SDWC.

February 13, 2007 - Decanted through the fancy schmancy vinturi thingy that I received as a gift (thanks Don), it continued to open as we drank it. Full of spice from what I would bet is a Francois Ferres barrel but the fruit was overwhelmed by the toast and spice. It got better over time but for the money, I would rather have an AP Vin.
