January 22, 2012 - Pulled and poured, dark and inky in color for a pinot. Brilliant nose with lots of fruit and hints of oak. Tastes of black currant, strawberry with hints of chocolate and rose. Enough tannins to balance. The complexity improved with air, overall a better pinot than expected and may even improve some with time.
