Bon vin sec. Rien de particulier.

July 20, 2013 - Nice wine. Gold color, a bit darker than expected. Good clean smooth nose and taste. A lot of lemon flavors coming through, especially in the finish. Good balance. An overall enjoyable Chardonnay.

En vecka senare, förvarad i kyl: Doft av honung, gula äpplen, mineral (järn?) och petroleum. Bättre nu, borde kanske höja poängen lite...
Bra syra, citrus (lime?), medellång. Trevligt vin.

September 4, 2012 - Superb generic Burgundy that shows the freshness of the 2010 vintage. Almost Chablis-like in its driving acidity, though rather than the mineral finish, you get a hint of the toasty oak and nuts that comes from the barrels. Brilliant, and only 12.5 per cent alcohol. Serve at 8-10C. Drink now-2015. Food pairing: apéritif, roast chicken with melon salsa.
