July 16, 2015 - This bottle with almost 8 years of age, has reached perfect drinking conditions. The tannins have been smoothed and a pleasant taste of dark berry compote remains which still shows good persistence. Looking at my own note from ~3 years ago, the wine has clearly improved since then. For an even better rating, more complexity and structure would be required, but for price vs quality I am perfectly happy and will consider getting a few more bottles to consume in the coming months.

May 28, 2012 - Nice nose with dark fruit compote and barrique notes. Medium strong, with still quite dry tannins, a bit 'dusty' on the palate. Medium persitence and complexity. Worked well to accompany dinner.
