November 1, 2023 - Decanted at the Capital Grill in DC and enjoyed after 1-2h with medium rare lamb ribs. Lots of dark fruit, mineral, meaty flavors, smooth finish. Excellent, consistent with my previous notes.

June 4, 2023 - Great noise. Dark fruit, vanilla, leather and flint. Decanted for one hour and it really opened up.
